Come hither sleepy toddler...
Short post today just to say a quick hi.
House is showing some progress at long long last. The pivot door is in (yay!) and the new windows too. Also bought our oven, gas hob and fridge this morning... so things are looking good. Money FLYING out of our hands. Should I mention that our house was without a front door AND alarm system for Friday night? No, no that would destroy the good vibe I'm trying to create. :)
On the subject of my son, he has discovered that he does not have to go to sleep when Mom and Dad say he should. After 2 years of being a wonderous, easy sleeper and going down without a hint of trouble, he is exploring the frontiers of late nights and miserable parents. And of course, insisting that he go to bed with giraffe, Barney, doggy, his ball of white play dough, Noddy and 3 cars does not make sleep come easily. I am awfully reluctant to get involved with sleep battles, but it looks like we might have to intervene a bit.
However, tonight is Mom's night out....so Dad has to negotiate. Yippeee!

Hope you had fun!!!
I am glad that there is some progress to the house. Good luck with getting James into a good sleeping routine. Is he still napping in the afternoon? Maybe you should try to get him to nap earlier.. just a thought :)
